Deposit amount is tiered based on client history, vehicle type, and risk factors.
Final requirements and deposit amounts may vary based on individual reservations and are determined on a case-by-case basis following review and verification.
Reservations for the same vehicle by the same Renter are treated as a single continuous rental period. Clients may not book separate reservations to reset deposit tiers.
We accept multiple payment options for your convenience, but all rentals include a verified deposit for your protection and ours. This ensures your vehicle is ready for you, worry-free.
All payments are recorded and processed through QuickBooks.
All clients are required to fill out a Rental Application providing details on preferred vehicle, usage and driving information.
All approved clients are required to review and digitally sign a Rental Agreement before the vehicle release.
Once your booking is secured, you'll receive a detailed confirmation outlining every aspect of your booking. Our team carefully reviews your verification requirements and final steps to ensure a seamless, tailored experience from start to finish.
Before your pickup time, your vehicle is professionally cleaned, inspected, and prepared to meet our standards. We ensure the vehicle is fueled or charged, detailed, and ready for a smooth experience.
At pickup, we complete a live inspection and walk-through of the vehicle with you. Together, we review the vehicle's condition, features, and any existing notes so everything is clear and transparent before you drive off. A pre-rental and post-rental inspection report is completed for every reservation. Both reports are delivered via Email after vehicle return.
Once the inspection is complete and keys are handed over, you're ready to go. Enjoy your drive with confidence, knowing everything has been reviewed and documented.
