Before your pickup time, your vehicle is professionally cleaned, inspected, and prepared to meet our standards. We ensure the vehicle is fueled or charged, detailed, and ready for a smooth experience.
At pickup, we complete a live inspection and walk-through of the vehicle with you. Together, we review the vehicle's condition, features, and any existing notes so everything is clear and transparent before you drive off. A pre-rental and post-rental inspection report is completed for every reservation.
Once the inspection is complete and keys are handed over, you're ready to go. Enjoy your drive with confidence, knowing everything has been reviewed and documented.
