Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Each reservation is reviewed individually to ensure that all requirements are met and that we can provide a seamless, premium experience. 


We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our guests, so punctual returns are important.


Grace Period: A 30-minute courtesy grace period is offered after your scheduled return time at no charge.


After the Grace Period: Returns beyond 30 minutes are subject to additional fees, calculated to reflect the extended use of the vehicle.


Why Late Fees Apply: Late returns can affect other reservations and our ability to maintain the vehicle to the highest standards. Late fees help ensure a flawless experience for all clients.


If you anticipate being late, please contact us. While notice does not waive fees, it allows us to best accommodate to your needs.


We understand that plans can change. To provide a seamless and personalised experience:


Graceful Flexibility: Reservations can be canceled and rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time with a full refund of any deposits.


Late Adjustments: Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup may incur a forfeiture of the deposit.


No-Shows: If the vehicle is not picked up and the reservation is not canceled, the full deposit may be retained.


Exceptional Circumstances: We handle unforeseen events with care -- please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.


Every reservation is individually managed to ensure a first-class experience. Deposit and cancellation terms are outlined in your rental agreement.


Your security deposit is released within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned and completes our post-rental inspection.


Inspection Process: This ensures the vehicle is returned in the same condition as at pickup, with no new damage, proper fuel level, and adherence to rental terms.


Bank Processing: Once released, the time it takes for funds to appear on your account depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 1-5 business days.


Why It is Not Instant: This process allows us to maintain the highest standards of service and ensure a smooth experience for all clients.


Every refund is handled promptly and transparently, in line with the terms outlined in your rental agreement.


To ensure a safe and seamless experience, all renters must meet the following requirements:

  1. Minimum Age: Renters must be at least 18 years old. Additional fees/higher deposit may apply for drivers under 21.
  2. Valid Driver's License: A current, government-issued driver's license is required. International licenses may require an additional verification.
  3. Identity Verification: All renters must provide valid identification for verification purposes.
  4. Payment Method: A valid credit or debit card in the renter's name is required for the security deposit and rental charges.
  5. Insurance Coverage: Renters must have valid auto insurance, or may be required to purchase coverage through an eligible third-party or us.


Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval. Each reservation is reviewed individually to provide the best experience for our clients.


To ensure a transparent and seamless experience, we document the vehicle condition at both pickup and return:


  1. Live Video Walk-Around: We conduct a live video inspection with you at the start and end of your rental. This allows us to capture the vehicle's condition in real time.
  2. Inspection Report: A detailed inspection report is completed for each rental. This report notes any existing damage, mileage, fuel level, and overall vehicle condition.


Both the video and inspection report are emailed to you at the conclusion of your reservation for your records, providing full transparency and peace of mind.
